SaleVerdict records observed retail prices and produces historical statistics and sale verdicts for informational purposes. We do not sell the compared products, set retailer prices, guarantee stock, or become a party to any purchase you make with a retailer. A retailer’s own terms govern that transaction.

Prices, promotions, stock, shipping charges, taxes, and import duties can change between our observation and checkout. Always confirm the final item, variant, currency, price, availability, and total cost on the retailer’s site before buying.

You may use the site and cite individual observations for personal, editorial, research, or other lawful purposes, with a link back where practical. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or run bulk automated requests that degrade the service.

Our original copy, design, software, and branding are protected by applicable rights. Retailer and product names and marks belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of underlying factual retail prices.

We use consistent collection and calculation rules, but source pages can change and errors can occur. The service and its data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without promises that every observation is complete, current, or error-free. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, or professional advice.

Our methodology and corrections policy explains how we collect, calculate, invalidate errors, and publish correction notes. Reports can be submitted from a product page or by email.

Some outbound links may earn us a commission from a retailer or affiliate network. K-SALE, which is operated by the same team as SaleVerdict, may also appear in comparison tables. Compensation and ownership do not alter collection rules, verdicts, or ranking; K-SALE is labeled as our store and receives the same treatment as every other retailer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of SaleVerdict is not liable for losses caused by relying on a price observation, a retailer changing or refusing an offer, third-party products or sites, service interruptions, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may change or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
